Exhale App

Exhale is an inclusive mental and emotional well-being app centering Black women and supporting the unique stressors we navigate every day. Rooted in culture, breath, and care, Exhale offers a space to pause, reconnect, and return to yourself.

Through meditations, breathwork, affirmations, and calming sounds, the app provides accessible well-being practices in five-, ten-, and fifteen-minute experiences designed to support real life and real schedules.

More than a wellness app, Exhale is a space where Black women can feel seen, supported, and cared for—while offering grounding and healing practices that resonate with anyone seeking balance, restoration, and emotional well-being.

We are no longer waiting to exhale.
